Information on how to schedule and trigger the campaign

Once you are satisfied with the content of your campaign, you can look at scheduling the individual elements.

The scheduled date and time for an element can be seen on the Overview tab, and can be amended from the Configuration tab.

The Auto switch, when set to On, will execute that element, as long as the element is Ready. In the case of an email element, this means that all checks have passed.

⚠️ Important: Managing "Auto-Send" & Unsubscribe Lists

CRITICAL: If the scheduled send date for an element has already passed and the campaign failed to process due to Compliance, updating your recipient list to clear compliance (such as removing unsubscribed and opt-out recipients) will cause the system to auto-send the email immediately.

Best Practice: If you need to clean your recipient list or make changes after a scheduled date has passed, always set Auto to OFF first, update and verify your list, and only turn Auto back to ON when you are completely ready to deploy.
