Show or hide pinned customer record notes when viewing case notes

A company-wide setting can change this behaviour

You can pin a note to a customer record to improve visibility of important information.

By default, these pinned notes will also display in case notes for that customer

This functionality can be disabled instance-wide with a company customisation:

Settings - Company Setup - Customisations tab - Disable Customer Record Pinned Notes in Cases

Enabling this means that pinned customer notes will not appear in case notes.
