By default, inactive users will not be included in quotation and sales order leaderboard widgets.

However, you may wish to include certain inactive users for a time, in order to view complete data for a given period.

Administrators can do this from Settings - Users - <User> on the System tab, with the Include inactive user in leaderboard widgets setting.

Inactive users will be labelled as such on widget and widget breakdown views

Note that this will apply indefinitely, until the setting is disabled. Some leaderboard widgets, i.e. Completed Sales Order Leaderboard, will only display users with activity for the given period. In such a case, inactive users not be shown in subsequent periods, due to a lack of activity.

Other widgets, such as the Won Quotation Leaderboard, will show all users, regardless of activity. For this reason, we advise disabling the Include inactive user in leaderboard widgets setting when that user's activity is no longer relevant.

Please note that this setting will not affect any dynamic (report-powered) widgets, as their contents is based on report output.
