You can use the global Search... bar to locate assets by number - e.g. mobile number, MSISDN, CTN, GTN etc.
Clicking on a service name will open the Edit Service window for that particular asset.
Please note MSISDN may appear as GTN, CTN, Mobile No. etc. in your instance depending on how your instance has been configured. It may be named differently across base categories.
Please note that some search functions are permissions-based. For example, your permissions will determine whether you can search a customer or a lead record. Some users deal only with lead records so therefore the Layer will return results that are permitted according to their search permissions.
If you perform a search that returns no results, it may be as a result of your permissions and not because no records exist. Please speak to your CRM administrator if you feel that you are missing some permissions.
