You can check the history of changes made to an asset on the History tab of the asset record.
This will show a line summarising each change.
Viewing change history for all assets for a customer
You can export a log of product or service asset changes for a given customer.
From the Actions menu, select either Export Product Asset History or Export Service Asset History.
This export contains a line for each save after the initial creation of the asset, along with all tracked values.
You can filter on a specific product or service name or IMEI to compare values between each save.
It may be useful to open the asset record to view the more easily-readable asset history, as shown in the first part of this article.
