Warehouses can be configured from Settings - Warehouses.

The Warehouse Manager allows for the following actions:

You can also indicate that a warehouse is virtual.

Click a warehouse's name to amend its properties.

Disabled warehouses will not be selectable on new purchase orders, but will still be seen against a purchase order in reports.

Deletion is only possible if no purchase orders have the warehouse assigned. For this reason, we advise that warehouses that are no longer in use are disabled.

You can set one warehouse as the default. Enabling this for a warehouse will disable it for any existing default.

The default warehouse will be automatically selected in the Dest. Warehouse field whenever you create a new purchase order.

You can also change the order of the warehouses in the Dest. Warehouse dropdown when creating or viewing a purchase order.

The default warehouse will always appear at the top, if set.

You can control the order of the rest of the entries from Settings by entering a number in the Sort Order field.

Warehouses with no number entered will be listed alphabetically at the bottom of the list.
