If you are encountering an error regarding an invalid two-factor security code, you should speak to your Layer administrator.

Layer administrators should be able to resolve this issue by following the instructions below.

This issue is usually caused by an earlier code that was not used and has been cached in the system. We need to clear this token from the system so it can be replaced by a new one.

From the Users area of Settings, administrators can view any pending security tokens for a user. They will be shows in the Pending Token(s) column.

Scroll along and click Clear Tokens for that user. The user should then attempt a new log-in.
