The All Customers report includes the column Last Updated. The following user interactions will cause this to be updated:

  1. Adding a general note

  2. Adding a case note

  3. Performing any action in the Tasks drop down - including calls, reminders and appointments

  4. Creating a case

  5. Updating a case - including status change

  6. Performing any action in the Sales drop down - including creating an opportunity or quote
