If you want to stay up to date with key activity for a particular customer, without having to check every day manually, customer subscriptions are a great solution.

By subscribing to a customer, you’ll receive a daily email digest of all relevant activity. This keeps you informed while saving time and effort. Let’s take a look at how it works!

🔹 What Does the Daily Digest Include?

The daily customer digest includes activity for each customer you have subscribed to. You will get updates on:

  • New Appointments

  • New Phone Calls

  • New Feedback

  • Won Deals

  • Cases Created / Closed

  • Case Ratings

  • Natter Posts

  • Quotes Updated

  • Opportunities (Created, Won, Lost)

  • Sales Orders (Authorised, Declined, Approval Requested)

  • Searches Run

  • Custom Report Requests

  • Stack Export Requests

🤔 Why it matters: This gives you one clear overview of daily engagement and updates, without checking multiple screens or records.

🔹 How Often Will I Receive Emails?

You’ll receive one email per day, containing all updates for every customer you’re subscribed to.

  • The subject line will tell you how many updates are included.
    E.g. “Customer Digest for 25 October – 3 updates”

⚠️ Note: Emails are only sent if there’s been new activity. No update = no email.

🔹 How Do I Subscribe to a Customer?

  1. Head to the Customer Record

  2. Click the Subscribe button in the top-right corner of the screen

  3. You’re done! You’ll start receiving the daily digest from that day onward.

Tip: You can monitor as many customers as you like. All updates will be grouped into a single daily email.

🔹 Where Can I View My Subscriptions?

You can manage your own subscriptions by heading to:

  • Avatar ➡️ Profile ➡️ Subscriptions

Admins can view all user subscriptions via:

  • Settings ➡️ Users ➡️ Specific User ➡️Subscriptions tab
