Step 1: Reset Your Feedback Portal Password
Go to feedback.thelayer.com.
Click on Login and then select the Email icon.
Click Forgotten Password.
Enter your email address and submit.
Check your inbox (including your Junk/Spam folder) for a password reset email.
Follow the link in the email to reset your password.
Step 2: Log In Again
Return to feedback.thelayer.com.
Log in using your updated credentials.
Once logged in, navigate back to The Layer.
Select Feedback along the bottom left of the screen.
At this point, the feedback page should load correctly.
Step 3: Clear Browser Cache (If Required)
If the feedback page still does not load:
Clear your browser cache and cookies.
Refresh The Layer and try accessing the Feedback section again.
Step 4: Contact Support
If you are still experiencing issues after following the steps above, please contact a member of the Customer Success team for further assistance.
