It's possible to upload one or more PDFs to an item in inventory so that they can be automatically be added to any quotations that include that item.

Files can be uploaded from the item's record in inventory:

Once uploaded, you'll see a view similar to the below. Unticking the Append to Quotation option will mean that the PDF is not attached automatically to a quotation, but will remain attached to the item, for reference.

Multiple files can be included for an item.

It is important to note that uploaded PDFs will be appended exactly as they are uploaded, and will not be recreated with any other styling defined in your quotation template.

You can get an idea of how the whole quotation will look before sending it by using the Preview button on a the quotation manager.
