When configuring a marketing campaign, you must select a mail agent through which the campaign can be sent.

Mail agents must be made Campaign Compatible to be eligible for selection.

To do this, first go to the Mail Agents section of Settings.

Select the agent and tick the Campaign Compatible box. You should make sure the agent is available to all users who might be sending marketing campaigns.

Once activated, the mail agent can be selected in the marketing campaign in configuration options:
