Setting up a reminder for a phone call task

You can add a reminder while setting up a customer call

When either creating or editing a phone call, users have the option to send an email to act as a reminder for the call.

Two possible reminders can be sent:

  • Selecting Notify immediately will trigger an email containing details of the call.

  • Selecting Notify on due date will mean that an email is sent on the day of the call, with the telephone number and a link to the call record within The Layer.

The Note will be included in any notifications sent.

Custom Templates can be configured for phone notifications from Settings - Company Settings - Mail Template.
