When either creating or editing a phone call, users have the option to send an email to act as a reminder for the call.
Two possible reminders can be sent:
Selecting Notify immediately will trigger an email containing details of the call.
Selecting Notify on due date will mean that an email is sent on the day of the call, with the telephone number and a link to the call record within The Layer.
The Note will be included in any notifications sent.
Custom Templates can be configured for phone notifications from Settings - Company Settings - Mail Template.
