The change tracking feature allows you to monitor customer assets in The Layer for changes that warrant re-synchronisation to Eclipse Inform.
As not all asset changes need to be reflected in Inform Eclipse, The Layer allows you to determine which fields should be considered as a trigger for re-synchronisation.
This can be done from Settings - Billing Platforms - Eclipse Inform.
Here you can see the fields that are synced between both systems. The drop-down menu in the second column lets you determine whether or not changes for that field should be tracked.
