The Masquerade function is only available to users with the required user roles. If you think you should have this role, please contact your account representative at The Layer.

Users with the required roles should access:

Settings - Users

Click on the desired user account, then the Masquerade button at the top of the screen.

You will then adopt that user account until you log out.
